The head of mission for the Ukrainian delegation Sam Dantzler and the communications chief, Colin O’Laughlin have told KNN that because Russia is refusing to meet with the Ukrainian delegation and is being prevented they say from doing so by Moscow, that Russia should go home and regroup and come back when they have power.

The Russian team rejected “all meetings and plan to deny any proposed meetings,” the Ukrainian duo, said in an in-person interview at KNN headquarters.
