A senior Ukrainian military commander with connections to Valerii Zaluzhnyi gave a public speech yesterday denouncing the terms of the ceasefire.  He avoided direct insubordination or denunciation of Zelenskyy but decried the “traitors” on the Ukrainian negotiation team.  Degree of support in the military is uncertain.
