A bomb has detonated near a trilateral meeting between Russia, Ukraine and the US at the simulation hotel Grand Ankara, killing several people, including the Ukrainian head of delegation and a Ukrainian rep and including several Russian and USA reps. The head of the US delegation is severely injured as is one more surviving US rep and the head of the Russian delegation has survived with the loss of one eye and some severe facial burns.
