Terms of Russia-Ukraine Sim Ceasefire Released, US a Monitor

Below, KNN has learned, are the terms of the broad ceasefire agreement that has been reached in the 6 party simulation summit #patsim2025 in Ankara, Turkey for a ceasefire in the Russia-Ukraine War that has been raging since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in 2022. KNN will be interviewing each of the 6 parties (Russia, USA, Ukraine, China, EU/UK, and Turkey) to provide more information on specifics about money, humanitarian conditions, the fate of the 20,000 missing children, and so on.

  • Ukraine pull back 20 kilometers from the entire front line, Russia will pull back 10km in only two places (from Kherson and Zap nuclear reactor) but stay in current positions everywhere else – see MAP
    • As DMZ not Ukrainian ownership 
  • No drone strikes, no reinforcements, no new offense, no new defenses, buildup of ammo stockpiles, no troop replacements
  • Open pathways or humanitarian relief 
  • Return water to crimea for returning all Ukrainian (~20,000?) children in Russia back to Ukrainian families
  • All EU forces immediately pull out of Ukraine
    • But exceptions may be made for peacekeeping forces 
  • US will monitor and “enforce” cease-fire. If the ceasefire is broken, and…
    • If Ukraine aggressor : all US aid military and humanitarian will be withdrawn 
    • If Russian aggressor: sanctions and will permanently seize half of Russian assets
  • US will immediately relinquish half of Russian frozen assets 
  • UN can place peacekeepers in the DMZ
    • UN blue-helmet command can decide whether or not Turkish troops will be necessary
    • Non combative drones to watch
